Moscow, November 10, Interfax - The Spiritual Muslim Board of Moscow believes that the influence that religious organizations have on the migrants who reside in the Russian capital is insufficient.
"We now recall the unauthorized event staged by migrants outside the French embassy. What does that demonstrate to us? First, this is a lack of coordination, and this is weak influence on migrants by immigration organizations and religious organizations," the Moscow Mufti Albir Krganov said at a press conference.
Migrants who arrive in the Russian capital do not seek advice and are engaged in this kind of activity on their own, Krganov said.
The mufti thinks that religious organizations should "step up efforts in this vein."
