Kiev, April 13, Interfax - The Kiev Lavra of the Caves is closing for coronavirus quarantine, Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said during an online press conference.
"The Kiev Lavra of the Caves is closing for quarantine on orders from the emergency situations commission! I am asking law enforcement agencies to control adherence to this decision," Klitschko said.
The Lavra has seen more than 90 coronavirus cases, including 63 cases confirmed in the past 24 hours, he said.
The cumulative number of Covid-19 cases has reached 495 in Kiev as of April 13. Ukraine has seen a total of 3,102 cases, including 325 confirmed in the past 24 hours.
