Diocese in Yekaterinburg sends homeless people to barbershop to change image

Moscow, March 2, Interfax - The Charities Service of the Yekaterinburg Diocese held an action for homeless people Beard for Good.

Its participants washed in a Russian sauna and visited a fashionable barbershop, the diocesan press service reports on Thursday.

"Several mugs for donations (on action - IF) were placed in prestigious barbershops. And who could ever think that one of them would suggest making haircuts for our wards, and make it stylishly and fashionably," coordinator of the charitable actions of the diocesan charities service Natalya Poloznikova said.

The service also fundraises on talons to sanitary inspection for homeless people.
