Moscow, December 7, Interfax - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev sees no need for regulating homosexual relations by law.
"Far from all moral issues, far from all behavior habits, far from all questions of communications between people should be turned into law. Therefore not all relations between people can be regulated by law. Such is my stance, such is the stance of United Russia," he said answering a question from a press officer of United Russia about the need to pass a bill banning propaganda of gay relations.
The issue does not concern very many people even though it may be mulled in the State Duma, Medvedev said.
"In any case you proved that any question may be asked, that we are live on the air and that far from all questions are discussed in advance between journalists and the interviewee," he said.
