Voronezh, December 3, Interfax - The Leninsky District Court of Voronezh has changed the restrictive measure on ten Jehovah's Witnesses (an organization banned in Russia), giving them a restraining order, the organization said on its site.
On December 1, the court changed the restrictive measure for three members of the organization who were in detention and another one, who was under house arrest.
On Wednesday, the court issued a restraining order to another six men, of which three were in custody and the others were under house arrest.
All people who were in detention facilities in connection with this case have now been released.

According to earlier reports, the Leninsky District Court of Voronezh in mid-July took into custody ten earlier detained members of the organization Jehovah's Witnesses, which is banned in Russia, who were suspected of extremism. Four of them were later put under house arrest. |
