Russian Church collected over $3 million for fire victims

About $500 thousand have already been spent, about $2.5 million that still remain in the Church will be spent for targeted help to the victims. Such decision was taken by Patriarch Kirill. This attitude envisages collecting detailed information about people in need and providing help depending on their material losses inflicted by fires and their specific needs
